Great room, great service, we even had a view. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great staff, clean modern hotel space. Meeting room was excellent. The hotel room was spacious, clean and recently renovated. Great to know I have an excellent hotel to look forward to while staying in corner brook each month
Whoever picks up the calls at this hotel needs to take some classes in customer service. Just from talking to him and how rude he was to me I decided to stay at a different hotel for my business trip to corner brook. Quality inn has poor reviews on tripadvisor based on customer service itself, and should really work on that.
I stayed in this hotel twice in Aug,2018. They do not know the basics of customer service. I don not know what's wrong with the house keeping, everyday they have a issue, always do not leave the bathroom stuff(shower gel, shampoo...etc), on night that did not make my room altogether. this was a pattern of disrespectful staff and unprofessional people. I cancelled my stay and went to a different hotel . definitely i do not recommend this hotel for stay at all.
Can't choose which is worse.. the hotel itself or the restaurant. HORRIBLE all around!
