Decent price, clean rooms, nice amenities, and friendly staff.Down side- they placed a hold on my card for about twice the cost of the room even though I told them I'd pay cash.The carpets are pretty gross in the main areasUps- fridge in room, coffee pot, super clean rooms, pool, fitness center, and beautiful, quiet street.Wheelchair accessible with automatic doors
Clean place, comfortable room, friendly staff, good attached restaurant. Good WiFi, plenty of parking, smooth elevator. One minor complaint, the in-house TV system didn't allow an external HDMI device to be connected to it.
Good location to down town Corner Brook and walking trails. The accommodation was adequate although the hotel is tired and in need of a retrofit. The elevator made disturbing noises and it smelled as if the mechanical equipment was burning out - like a bad clutch.
Pool was poorly maintained, tv in my room shorted upon turning on and was about as old and cheap as they get. Location is good for late night bar hops. Guest beside me had dogs alone in room that made a lot of noise.
Horrible... I was woken by kids drinking. I went to politely ask them to be quite and security came. So I went back to my room. After that I couldnt sleep so I went for a walk and was told to go back to my room or they would call the POLICE for walking in the halls. This place obviously caters to underage drinking and I will never stay here again.
